Usability and UX, a revelation I had (31)

Last week I wrote about non-functionals in general. This week I want to share a revelation I had about usability and UsereXperience.

Again and again I am surprised about usability. It seems that everybody (or at least a lot of people I work with and for) believes that usability is very important. But as I mentioned last week, that doesn’t mean we make systems that are usable. We say it is important, but we don’t do, we don’t make usability.
