Additional conditions

Additional Terms and Conditions to the General Terms and Conditions of companies belonging to the ICT group If a Client requests in writing (including an e-mail) within a period of 15 working days to 5 working days before the start of the Training Improve agrees with this shift, 15% of the invoice amount will be charged for administration costs and any costs incurred (including costs already incurred for exams and / or accommodation, for example) will be owed.

Rescheduling within 5 working days before the start of the Training, as well as “no show” (not being present), will be processed as cancellation within one week in accordance with Article 30.6 of the Conditions.
