Background and work experience

With more than 12 years of experience in ICT, Kaspar has seen many facets of software development. He has participated in the transition from waterfall to Agile and has specialized in test automation and the ideas around Specification by Example and Behaviour Driven Development. He has been inspired by thought leaders such as Dan North and Gojko Adzic and can apply the acquired knowledge to various clients. He has been providing training related to IT since 2002 on themes such as ATDD, BDD and test automation.

Kaspar is the founder of Capturing Agile Requirements by Example (CARE) and has helped many organizations with its implementation through training and coaching. Part of this training is the term ‘Continuous Communication,’ which Kaspar introduced with the aim of giving communication and collaboration within ICT an even more prominent place. Kaspar has spoken about this at seminars and published various articles on the topic.

Kaspar holds the certificates ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer, ISTQB Practitioner in Agile Quality, IREB Foundation, TMap Next Test Engineer and of course AU™ Capturing Agile Requirements by Example (CARE).
