Martijn van de Haterd
Background and work experience
Martijn has over 10 years of experience in various Agile roles, ranging from Scrum Master to Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer. In recent years, he has been more involved in addressing cross-team issues related to portfolio management and organizational culture for clients. He provides Agile/Scrum/SAFe training as part of a comprehensive onboarding program. Additionally, he conducts workshops and masterclasses on team motivation and Agile culture. Martijn has developed the Scrum Master Traineeship program and also serves as a trainer and mentor within it.
