Rob Hendriks

Rob has been working in the field of software quality since 1996, particularly in software testing. He was test coordinator and test consultant in projects within technical and financial organizations. He currently supervises organizations in test improvement processes and provides (international) training, mainly in the field of test management (including the ISTQB Expert Level). He also gives workshops for the implementation of test techniques and risk-based testing. As lead assessor, he performs assessments on test organizations, usually based on the TMM or TPI model. He has been Managing Director of Improve since 1 January 2010.
