How gamification helps organizations

In the previous articles my colleagues already mentioned that a lot of industrial companies use a hybrid way of working model. Development is done in an Agile way, but still having traditional projects with a predicational planning modus for initiating work and delivering it to the production stage. In this article I will tell you about my experience in moving industrial organizations towards a more agile approach.
