In een project was ik verantwoordelijk voor usability engineering. Niet alleen omdat dit erg leuk is, maar ook omdat het moest. Het ging om een nieuw medisch apparaat wat moest voldoen aan ISO 62366, ofwel “The international standard IEC 62366 medical devices – Application of usability engineering to medical devices[1] is a standard which specifies usability requirements for the development of medical devices” aldus [Wikipedia].
