Last week I wrote a more lighthearted story about requirements creep which resulted in a pocketknife with 3000 functions. I just wrote about the result.

In this blog I want to elaborate a bit more seriously on the reasons for requirements creep. Why does this happen? How can we deal with this? And is requirements creep good or bad?
