The Agile Tester as a Harlequin

At the Agile Testing Days 2015 Marnix van den Ent gave a talk in which he explained how agile testers can signal and question the (testing) process.
He views testers as a harlequin: “a servant to the team and its process, like the Italian Harlequin he is there to help to understand what is happening”.
