This may be because business analysis in general is misunderstood, but it is likely to be exacerbated by the lack of a generally accepted definition or framework for the agile Business Analysts – until now.
The iSQI® Certified Agile Business Analysis training provides methods and tools for the Business Analyst working in an agile environment. You get an overview of different techniques that fit well with the agile approach and philosophy. You will get specific tips based on real examples to help you promote collaboration and continuous improvement within projects.
