After this workshop:
– Understand what Liberating Structures is,
– Understand in which situations you can apply Liberating Structures,
– Able to select the right Liberating Structure for the right situation,
– Able to facilitate energetic sessions in which everyone participates actively and feels included.
This workshop of half a day is a first introduction to Liberating Structure. But with this workshop you are already able to facilitate groups with more interaction and participation. Actually the size of the group does not matter anymore. Due to the big diversity of structures this is very suitable for all kind of situations, like innovation, research, determining strategies, and even more sensitive topics. The structures are easy to learn and immediately applicable.
This workshop is suitable for everybody, but especially for people who want to facilitate constructive meetings and conversations.
