Eric Elich
Background and work experience
Eric has a background in software development and has been captivated by the Agile way of working since 2012. As a Scrum Master, he has introduced the Agile way of working to various (international) teams, both in the financial domain and the embedded software domain. By regularly applying Liberating Structures, he always manages to get the team and the organization moving.
Certificates and accreditations
Eric has completed various trainings and holds several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Product Owner (PSPO-I), Professional Agile Leadership (PAL-I), and Scaled Agile Framework SA.
