Structure of this training
This three-day training enables you to achieve the mentioned objectives through concise introductions followed by relevant exercises. It provides ample opportunity for participants to share their experiences and ask questions. During the training, you will also get to practice exam questions.
On the final afternoon of this training, participants take a 1-hour exam, the ‘TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams’ exam, consisting of 30 questions. The exam is organized by the independent exam provider iSQI®.
